Investment in US-BIFS

Our US-BIFS fund has achieved total returns that have been modestly higher than industry benchmarks such as the S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average on an annual basis from 2011-2017.  We sell units in our fund to investors who wish to receive these record returns on their capital.  Our minimum investment is $10.  After we receive your investment, we will send you a statement, receipt and confirmation as to the total value of your investment and number of units.  You will also receive quarterly statements on the funds performance and the total value of your investment compared to other market indices (Total value is based on the market value of your units plus dividends received, interest income and any other capital appreciation).  The units you hold in the fund must vest for 6 months before you can sell them.  At which point you want to sell, we will send you the total value of your investment at that time.  After 6 months, you may sell your units at any time.  Our fees are 0.5% of the total value of the fund and are charged after you sell.

Example: If you invested $100 into our fund one year ago, today, the total value of your investment would be $125.  That’s a 25% annual return on your investment.  If you wanted to sell today, you would receive $124.38 or a 24.38% annual return.  Our fee was $0.62.  Fees are charged when you sell your units.  There are no fees or commissions when you purchase unit.

Investment in GIS

Our Guaranteed Investment Subscriptions (GIS) offer an annual return that is guaranteed. We offer different terms (1 year – 5 year) for different rates but each is a guarantee on your investment. Our GIS’s are comparable to term deposits (i.e., CDs) from other financial institutions. Investment must vest for the term selected and cannot be withdrawn earlier. The following table lists our most recent rates of return. Our minimum investment is $10. There are no fees associated with this product. We will send you a statement, receipt and confirmation as to the total value of your investment.

Investment in New Issues/Bought Deals 

From time to time, we seek funding for various projects and ventures for certain companies that require financing.  These issues range from inventory financing and capital asset investments to out right business purchases and new startups.  When these issues come up and we have determined they are of a sound investment quality, we will post the prospectus and all relevant information about the issue under New Issues/Bought Deals.  We will also email our followers all information.  New issues/bought deals are much more riskier than our other investment products.  They are more suitable towards the enterprising investor.  All fees associated with a new issue/bought deal will be in the prospectus provided.   Sometimes we will take positions with other funds to form a pool of capital.  In these cases, we will provide all relevant information of the funds/companies involved in the issue.  We will send you a statement, receipt and confirmation as to the total value of your investment.
